Religion is always bad for you. Science has disproved God. Belief in God is a disease of the mind. These are just some of the claims made by Oxford Professor Richard Dawkins in his recent best selling book 'The God Delusion'. On Monday night (1st October), fellow Oxford academic, Professor Alistair McGrath critiqued these and other claims made by Dawkins in a lecture called 'The Bankruptcy of Atheism.' Atheism is clearly a hot topic for many people in Brisbaneas 750 people squeezed themselves into two lecture theatres at the University of Queensland and another 150 unfortunately had to be turned away.  Professor McGrath addressed five claims made by Richard Dawkins and other atheists, and made the following very helpful critiques:
